Reddit is probably going to be happy about the protest in this sub. Can’t imagine that investors like the sub about getting stuff for free…
I mean, the sub was closed and Reddit forced it to reopen, so there is an argument they do endorse piracy

Just the quality of replies and posts here over the old sub, is honestly alone worth the move.

I’m afraid to ask, but why John Oliver?
He makes Last Week Tonight which is a show with a big reach, Reddit-Mods are essentially pinging him.
He did respond on Twitter with a dump of sexy pictures of him to post.
The show is on pause because of the writers-strike at the moment, so it might take a while for this to be a topic.
