The US legal system is precedent based. Is EU law also precedent based? I don’t think so. In other words, while still being a precedent, this ruling doesn’t have quite the same power as it would have in a predent-based legal system.

How could that happen without anyone implementing that into the app? At least it sounds like that’s what you’re arguing.

My even older laptop ran like this for many years and the battery never swelled. It couldn’t hold a proper charge, but I always saw it as cheap surge and microblackout protection.

I struggle to get consistent results with this method, but I don’t always put the eggs in when the water already boils.
