I think the main errors happen with “voltooide deelwoorden” (past participle). We did a trip with my friends’ Tesla earlier this year. Normally would have taken us 8 hours, now it took 10 (or maybe it was even 12h instead of 10).
The car also wasn’t properly charged the night before for some reason, so we left with half a “tank”. That added an extra stop. I also think there were a lot of traffic problems which contributed in the extra time.
I also don’t mind to stop every 2 hours or so to charge. Perfect time for a bathroom/coffee/food break. But I’m not used to driving long distances. I know some people like to drive for 4 or 5 hours straight.

None of the criteria you mentioned are needed for it be labeled as AI. Definition from Oxford Libraries:

It definitely fits in this category. It is being used in ways that previously, customer support or a domain expert was needed to talk to. Yes, it makes mistakes, but so do humans. And even if talking to a human would still be better, it’s still a useful AI tool, even if it’s not flawless yet.

I would call myself an expert in a the field of astrophysics. Not a world leading expert at all, and imposter syndrome comes with the part, but I did study it extensively and have a phd on galaxy formation.

The difference between piracy and having your content used for training a generative model, is that in the latter case, the content isn’t redistributed. It’s like downloading a movie from netflix (and eventually distributing it for free) vs watching a movie on netflix and using it as inspiration to make your own movie.
