Localsend is actually really good, but requires a wifi network. I can’t get someone like my mother to install and use a separate app, so the two interoperating is crucial.
Use pairdrop.net, in my opinion, it’s pretty easy to convince people to use that, because it works well, is intuitive and they don’t need to install anything
