Over 1,000 Microsoft employees shared their salaries in a leaked spreadsheet in a push for pay transparency. Here's everything we learned.

On average, software engineers across business units at Microsoft earned a median pay package of $185,000.

    I think it’s some kind of glitch with pulling the posts…the federation process. Or maybe not.
