Someone recommended I try it. Has anyone here played it? I’m curious what your experience was like.

I only played a one-shot on Free RPG Day, but I really liked it! I think it might do the “D&D but PBTA” better than Adventure World.
Intriguing! What was the combat like?
Similar to other PBTA games, in that you just have harm moves, but there’s a lot more of them. Most are keyed to your weapon, so you could only use Cleave (smash up armour) if you had a large sword, for example. The basic weapon moves include a nice grapple move that also works for quick duels.
There’s enough options to set your Vagabond apart, while not being too complicated. I was able to make a real wrecking ball of an owl knight (FOR JUSTICE!)
Dave thaumavore has a great review of it over on the youtube, but can’t say I’ve tried it out myself
