this is absolutely true though.
Because when have HK ever really put into sports? It was only when the athletes started doing well in competition (like Siobhan, or the fencing team) that they started paying more attention. The culture is begrudgingly very clout chasing.
yeah but like, football is maybe the one sport we care about lmfao.
But would it ever amount to anything though given the system in place…most likely not.
