    @nuggsy @GunnersBot The Merino injury a freak accident, but at the least bad time. 6-8 weeks out during which there are TWO breaks for international🤮🤮 football minimises the damage and ALMOST makes me grateful for that abhorrent abomination. Almost

      @ronsboy67@mas.to Yeah, those happen and that’s a fair point I hadn’t considered. Still not ideal, but looking forward to seeing him play and how he will contribute to the team :)

        @nuggsy Me too. As someone said on Threads, the accident does show how physically intimidating the squad now is. Probably moved Vieira for his own protection 😁
