Yeah, that’s objectively bad. Lore issues aside (it’s not even Stargate) it’s just poorly done. Effects quality I can forgive, but near the end they’re like “we have the key, let’s get out of here fast” and then they do like 5 more laps around the enemy compound for no apparent reason before leaving.

It sounded like the real deal on the first line, but I think it must have been an impersonator for the rest.

The really sucky thing was in Stargate: Unleashed, the mobile phone game. The voice actor who stood in for Don S. Davis had a completely different accent.

Is this theme park ride full of lore inaccuracies? Yes.
Would I still enjoy the heck out of this ride? Also Yes.

Seriously though, this is like a where’s wally of lore mistakes. Someone please list each mistake you can find.

Well apparently it has the codes to all the Stargates, whatever that means. Which obviously means that Satra can invade earth, somehow.

My favourite bit is when a piece of the destroyed Stargate comes through it’s own wormhole, and the wormhole stays open. I can’t even make up a excuse for that to be possible.

Sorry for the lame website hosting this. I can’t upload video on Lemmy, and this was the only site hosting the video that I could find.
