Oh no… HE’S HOT
Oh no… HE’S HOT
I mean I’m assuming a powerful enough Patron would easily be able to shapechange into whatever form they want. So if they’re offering…
Since there are so many bands and music that made me cry, I’ll share a recent one that made an impression and was the album of the year 2023 on me was Blue Rev by Alvvays. Give it a shot if you love indie rock
Hmm that’s something that I might try out, as I have tinnitus for one of my ears
I always imagine Warlocks meeting their Patrons is akin to tenants meeting their landlords
The same people who you used to play with as a kid where they somehow have the power to have all the powers
Oh it looked like a small bottle of water, I was like, “oh nice, Michael Myers is a hydrohomie”
She’s not so much my favorite side character, but the Hag is one of my favorite villains. She is just so creepy and evil that her network of misdeeds were so well crafted and written. The only issue that I had with her was her appearance in Act 3. I was excited to see who “M” was in Baldur’s Gate but was actually disappointed to see it was Ethel instead. It was kind of obvious she was shoehorned in Act 3 in the last minute.
Hmm it would be really interesting. Maybe the persuasion check (to a certain outcome) would be even more difficult to pass if he were to become one. And if he wants to remain in the party afterwards, you would be given the opportunity to keep him in check to still feed on animals or let him feed only on opponents, etc.
It was never stated in the game that the true vampire needs to give permission/consent, just that they usually would never give them the opportunity to drink their blood. In theory, a spawn could force their way if given the chance.
Right? Hell, it would be a great “consolation” reward for not getting a certain outcome, if you pick the right dialogue choices, or something.
You can actually have up to two casters who can summon Shovel, even at the same time if you want to! It’s not even a big or a glitch. Just have the other caster talk to Shovel and she’ll give them the ability to summon. I think it would be a fun and interesting contrast in dynamic to have a cleric be “cursed” with a chaotic quasit. And maybe some day find a common ground and understanding with each other, roleplay wise :)
I feel like SH and Lae’zel would go even further and insult you for not knowing how to do the homework.
Wow interesting that she wasn’t programmed to be unkillable in this instance. I attempted to kill a certain character she was masquerading in the camp by holding her and dealing crits but I was unable to kill her off. You should go to the temple of bhaal and see if Laz’el is alive and chained up still. Hopefully it doesn’t lock you out of saving your kidnapped companion.
In my playthroughs and headcanon, they went from enemies with an overlapping goal to frienemies to trauma/war buddies.
Quests and gameplay bugs aside, am I the only one who has a gripe with how there are so little to no good looking helmets in the game? Most of the time it’s set to Hide Helmet for all of my characters. I just want my Oathbreaker to look the part.
While I’m not familiar with the practices of Tai Chi and its history, I am familiar with the stories and mysticism of “inner” martial arts and chi due to my cultural background. I’ve always been fascinated with martial arts and kung fu, and have recently taken up karate and its cultural histories. I also have a degree in kinesiology and will agree that the human body is such a complex and fascinating subject. The word “chi” or “ki” literally means air or in the context of martial arts, breath, and I will associate it as such. In every martial arts that I’ve seen, breathing is always a subject in the forefront. But as far as listening to tall tale stories and feats that chi can achieve, I always smile and nod but take it with a grain of salt
