This site is a decent resource to find and compare providers. I’ve used BunnyStreams and PrivateIPTVAcess with no big complaints, but it’s best to just try out 4-5 over however many months to find one that’s stable in your location. Some offer free trials.

Password Safe on Android is good too. It doesn’t have Internet permission, and encrypted backups can be kept locally on air gapped storage, so the only person to blame if I were to ever get owned is myself.
