Taking naps. Watching Hong Kong/ Chinese action films.
Like you, I am a living person with memories, emotions, and interests. But from your perspective, I’m just another picture on a screen. Isn’t that concerning?

I only learned to torrent because my dad used to when I was a kid. But these days I use XDCC instead because it’s just so much more convenient. Though to be fair most of my friends who are also GenZ probably don’t know how to do that either.
I’ve known since I was young that I don’t want any. This was only reinforced after I adopted a kitten last year, regretted it to the point of depression after about 2 months, and adopted him off to someone else who I trust. I realised I absolutely don’t ever want that kind of responsibility again so a human life would be infinitely worse of an idea. this is on top of terrible genetic health issues that I wouldn’t want to force onto another existence.
From a logical standpoint, desktops are better. However, I prefer laptops in case I ever have to be somewhere far, fast. Either way both will probably end up as e-waste in the future. But at least with a desktop you can keep the case and PSU.
Mine started showing my cake around 7pm my time on the 12th, but only in desktop. Voyager app hasn’t shown It yet. It has also shown my account as being a year old since early may on both desktop and mobile. Very strange.
I’ve almost never imagined myself as myself. Usually as a character from whatever I’m hyperfixated on at the moment. Ex if I picture a scenario in my head I see myself as Alucard the vampire or something.
Unfiltered insanity: a story of extreme ups and downs
I was exclusively laptops until 2018, then started preferring custom built desktops. But ever since 2021 I’ve been very much a traveller so after spending 1500 to build a desktop and then having to get rid of it 3 months later to move, I bought a gaming laptop again and still have it 2 years later. Probably just gonna stick to ultrabooks / gaming laptops forever.
Serenity is beautiful, so I guess I would pick that.
I’ve mentioned it a few times, but I don’t like coming off as some sort of salesman lol. But waterfox is my go to. They, imo, seem to feel like the last browser left making logical choices out of box.
I started getting into music in 2017, couldn’t make a song for shit until 2023 I finally got to a decent spot. Though even then I have a lot of failed attempts still but I think that’s normal.
Whatever I want as long as there’s no obviously inappropriate graphic. Usually just sweater and jeans if it’s cold, t-shirt and jeans or joggers rest of the year.
5v5 FPS multiplayer
I never went to prom or anything. Me and my friends just stayed home and played counter strike if I remember correctly, I don’t think I bothered to remember what day it was even happening.
Gen Z weeb from FL living in CA for a couple years now, almost went the IT route and finished trade school but ended up just working a part time service job to have more free time at the cost of being poorer lol
I use a locally hosted frontend.
I just want this trend to be over.
Honestly it depends. A lot of my online time in the last ~5 years has strayed away from YouTube. Most of my time is just spent playing musicbee while browsing anidb/ MAL/ MFC, searching for rares / chatting on soulseek, or watching anime / movies. But YouTube does come undeniably handy for those times where you want something you can’t find anywhere else online, like people going solo into hard-to-access countries to record their journeys, or tutorials that explain things in much more detail than text could due to visual demonstration, or more in-depth reviews of products where the video makes it a lot easier to feel the size / scale of the product I’m looking at.
Could I do it? Sure. But it would definitely be hard for a long time, as I track down various blogs / self hosted websites with what I liked to use YouTube for. But honestly that kind of internet might be better. Or if a smaller platform would gain more traction so YouTube wasn’t the only option. I think that would be ideal.
I used to love them. Really I did. Under iwata the company was truly something special for a while. But as with all companies, the fall from grace has been hard. I don’t know a single person with a good opinion of Nintendo anymore. Even a surprising amount of irl people who are not in the know about a lot of piracy and modding stuff seem to at least know enough from recent events that Nintendo are beyond irreparably evil.
