Watch me several times now and then I’ll watch you several times back
Doing your hobby / passion as work is the natural response, but it is not quite right I discovered lately.
A hobby is and needs to be undemanding and you really risk ruining the fun. instead of giving energy it takes energy.
What is much much more important is your colleagues They make and break every job
And if you want to choose careers, think about what type of person works there and the amount of communication
These things are much more important than if the work itself is fun
If you don’t want lots of intense communication and discussion about creative topics, don’t have a creative job. Like concept art or music. Have it as a hobby instead and do it for you.
I just love talking about game mechanics and player experiences in games, so my job as game designer is perfect. When I was a coder, it was fun but I didn’t get to talk to people and it ruined my hobby to be honest, I very rarely code just for myself anymore because it feels like a chore.
Also, being talented is a thing. If you are talented at something, probably try to use that. It’s a head start. If you really want to do something, you can learn it, but it is taxing and the energy can be used for more fun things if you think about it.
In the end you cannot really know how any job is before you try. The added bonus is that you get to see how different work is socially. Even in pure solitary work this matters more than you think, how it will feel to go there every day. If you are treated like a human. If you are respected etc.
Same. It is fun but was not a good fit. Because I didn’t want to code on my spare time as much. Now I am a game designer and it is exactly right. And it’s more fun to code on my spare time.
I watched his videos way before the ai explosion and it seemed so far fetched and paranoid. Now, not so much
They are already used in medicine reliably. Often. Welcome to the future. Computers are pretty good tools for many things actually.
Those switches seem so cool
Alcohol is legal
Energy drinks
The legality is a whole other thing than how careful you need to be with it
You honestly need to be more careful with ethanol and shit it’s one of the least important substances to be careful with on the planet
Yeah extreme times calls for extreme takes and hopefully flash them only during a quick seconds with background music or the dopamine wilts
The most confusing about all these problems is
Why you didn’t get taught to share when children in USA
Like what part of society has failed when almost nobody understands that if we work together and help each other, we succeed? Like, kindergarten knowledge?
What the actual, in the mother fucking fuck is bad about helping someone who hurt their leg or that was born with disability? Mind boggling shit honestly, you think you will feel better if you have more money but a worse shittier trustless cutthroat society? I really don’t understand this. You all want to benefit only 0.01% that has money, the rest must suffer because someday you might be that 0.01%? But even those that are that rich feel like shit because they live in a country wtihot care or protection or community? Like wtf is honestly wrong with so many spanning almost an entire continent, that they can’t share their billionaires profits but has to hide it in Panama?
They asked for an option to it.
They specifically asked for a gender neutral option to these.
Wishful thinking
I still prefer it sorry I guess for doing so? What do you want me to say?
Yeah I thought about that, and I think I just still prefer there being less people overall, even if we lose nice communities. There’s probably a way to have the best of both worlds though
I don’t want what comes with loads of people. It’s nice
Yea let’s remove the most iconic and well known, beloved and fun mechanic from the game.

Trolling was one of the first things that was established and basically the main entertainment and mode of use.
