Hahaha yeah true but this cost me less than just the x1 new so let me have the slight win of “free” even though it’s definitely not.

Yeah it’s been unused for 3 years and started it’s life in swamp land so definitely wet. They are in the toaster oven on the dehydrate setting just unfortunately have to do that for every single roll except the single unopened solutech I had left.
Yeah I just tested my first multi color… And jammed the printer with my brittle old filament…
ಥ‿ಥ
I got lucky and mine was free because I bought used… That is a whole lot of AMS going on in that photo.
Yeah it’s a lot of different names and I thought I was keeping up but I guess I shouldn’t expect the same companies from the days of repraps to be unchanged in this new era of auto printers.
Yeah I think I am just gonna jump straight to orca slicer and skip Bambu’s.
Prusa slicer was always the good one anyways. But yeah I felt slice settings kept getting faster than my printer could handle even when it worked.
I’m trying it in the dehydrator now but like 5-6 loops crumbled right off as I took it out of the bag and that seems like a bad sign.
Lucky. I had opened most of mine and I don’t think my Ziploc bags held out as much water as I would have hoped.
It is a sad day, this printer deserves all the solutech. That filament was so good.
I was deeply upset when I went looking for them and realized there was nothing.
The QR code literally took me to a scam gambling site and that was my first clue.
Hahaha yeah, my last printer I bought before this one was a prusa mk2 and I don’t mean 2.5 I mean 2.
So I’ve never had a removable build plate even.
It feels a whole lot more than incremental.
I actually havent actually used the bambu slicer yet either. Just been using internal files and the whole app thing to print test pieces.
Aloha air? 1988? Yeah man that one lives with me on how safe planes really can be considered.
As long as it doesn’t have an auto pilot feature that makes you nosedive to counter a completely mismanaged weight and design flaw.
Oh no. You wanted to enter another country and they wanted to know who you are in case you do something illegal while there?!?! How very 1984.
This is a country that doesn’t even allow you to sell to used electronics stores without a residency card so that you can’t scam them.
This seems like a really dumb gripe to have that you had to enter immigration in a other country. Complaining because you got detained in Singapore or China cause you complained about the government or handed out some VPNs on a USB (I did the delays were fun) is commendable but this seems like yelling at shadows.
Oh I usually block the ads via a pihole and don’t even bother logging in. Tubi is great
Yeah but if they double the price and only lose 1/3 of their customers that is a profit. They are aiming for that equilibrium price and honestly more people are willing to pay to never have their entertainment end than we could ever hope for.
So this has been true of YouTube Red since the beginning. It’s one if the reasons I got it. But they use watch time as the way to divide your money out. It actually makes it extremely unfair split for people that make great but short content. It’s also why longer content became more popular around that time and those 24/7 streams run like that.
Also why creators started doing channels of just padded run time content of like building legos and eating things. It’s to secure better and funding.
The current setup is pretty busted and feels like the wheels are coming off again.
That’s a cool idea. I was gonna suggest TPU
I mean I had actually had a conversation a long while ago when I originally fell in love with Annapurna games about my perceived dangers of it being run almost single handedly by a billionaire playing around with her Dad’s money that the level of control she had would make it risky to treat like a legitimate company but they really put the gold star stamp of approval on so many games they made and published.
Honestly this won’t really hurt the billionaire. She has the publishing contracts still and whatever partial finished games were already in development but I really do hope the best for the actual talent and employees.
I really want to see them help push into that more united gaming labor force that the Henry Stickman developers foundation (Outersloth), and other groups are doing to let them actually help games be unique and good.
Same but if you point out the personal risk to health to people they are usually more likely to respond, unfortunately.
And hey likely the same crowd that would be reckless with solvents.
LOL the comments telling the Verge to shut it’s mouth.
Also man France loves piracy. I apparently need to learn French better.
