Busy, a few days ago I had a boss battle phone call with Merrill Lynch to unlock my account, and it turned out I was using the wrong website (the associate on the other end pointed out they had too many). This was a necessary part of a process to fill out paperwork and provide documents for the written stuff. Today, I’ve got an appointment in the afternoon. A game called SunnySide that I backed on Backerit will be releasing on console tomorrow; I will be glued to my Xbox Series S for quite a while. Saturday, I’ve got dinner with friends at a new brewery. Thankfully, this is not the bad kind of busy.

The one on the right appeals to me more! I’d be so happy, personally.

I’d love to know, as this individual’s instance is one I’d love to block, I don’t want to run into them in the wilds of Lemmy if it could be helped. They’ve got to have a lot of weird takes that I simply don’t want to see.

I know a lot of women who play video games, I even like some of the games they like. The Sims 4 for example, Animal Crossing, Story of Seasons games; these ladies even like games which men tend to prefer like COD (that I as a man can’t stand anything multi-player or competitive). The problem with them revealing their gender online is that oftentimes they are faced with harassment by dudes bros online. It can get pretty gross quickly, so you’ll likely never know if the women surrounding you play video games because they’d only share that information if, as a person, you were one to be considered safe.

Until they can protect the hinge better, I wouldn’t be able to purchase one of these over a slab style phone. A grain of fine sand would ruin this phone’s life. I’m waiting on the time when foldable devices improve drastically enough for me to get one.

After a short and social battery draining work week; I am doing better. Day 2 of 4 off, I can sink deep into Astroneer and recharge! I’ll also get laundry done, a short shopping trip accomplished too. At some point, there’s no rush to get either task done.

My work week is done, so I’m enjoying my days off! Quite a few updates for games I love came out; so I’ll be playing those. I also bought Astroneer to enjoy in between playing No Man’s Sky and Coral Island. Despite not sleeping well today, I will still get stuff done, so I am free to enjoy the games I mentioned previously.

Going to see Deadpool and Wolverine tomorrow in a relatively empty theater (the majority of movie goers are choosing IMAX and an evening showing). This will be a great week in my opinion as an introvert, I find it to be the best.

Thank goodness I switched to Apple before this nonsense got deployed; their Apple Intelligence is opt-in and not being forced on users. Google and Microsoft truly botched the deployment of their LLM experiments by forcing it into first party apps and not giving users a choice.

I love playing Druid…For my play style, it’s a flexible class to roll with!
