I guess if this was all I did outside of work and sleep, I’d probably buy it. Mailbox and auction house access is priceless.
But, I got shit to do and mouths to feed, so, I don’t WoW no mo’.
I know some people hate the idea of VR and want it to go away, others are all in.
I do enjoy it, and I want to be all in, but it’s not worth digging it out and charging it up at this point.
I got a quest 2 a few years back, and it blew my mind. We ended up getting my wife her own so we could play together. Now, my daughter plays a lot of gorilla tag, but other than that, they collect dust.
For me, the biggest thing that prevents me from using it more, is the isolation. You need to find an empty space and remove yourself completely from the world.
On my phone or Xbox, I still know what’s going on around me, and I can hop in, play for a bit, and still know what’s going on in my house. I can walk away for a moment and get back to what I was doing. In VR, it feels like more of an investment. If I’m not sure that I have plenty of time to disengage from reality, I’m not going to bother putting on the headset.
Also, I’m a sweater, and a soggy, foggy headset is just eww.
Get horny -> start jerking -> spooge -> clean up -> get horny…
I almost always played solo because I liked exploring and crafting and doing things at my pace. Whenever I had a group, I felt like I was pressured to move move move and finish as much as possible without absorbing the environments or reading the matching story lines.
I was able to finish a few of the low level instances, but was rarely able to find a group to run with and thus usually just skipped over any quests that required them. Sure, picking up some legendary gear would be nice, but I would have just loved the option to stroll through these quests on my own.
You can probably get a used Quest 2 for a good price. It’s definitely capable enough to get a feel for VR, and whether or not you should invest more in a better setup.
Skyrim launched 11.11.11
Expect ES6 on 2.2.22 oh wait, missed that one, 3.3.33
I’m right there with you. I won’t deny that there’s a chance that it’s just a side effect of being old, but I nodded off more than a few times.
I can’t put my finger on it either, but everything just felt like a chore. I must quit playing it for months and only fired it up to finish the story because I knew I had to be close, and I couldn’t leave it like that.
I’ve never even noticed another player’s skin. Who are they showing off for?
I barely got through the story on my first character. Every other Diablo, I did at least one full run in every class.
And the game kind of sucked.
We don’t reward screenshoting ads.
Da fuq is this?
If this is what they are pushing to sell the 9, It’s probably not worth buying.
I used to, when I was young and stupid. Now I never miss.
I’m not familiar with 5/5/2, but I suspect it probably is.
MK2 is: (Lol, not to be confused with Mortal Kombat)
5 different cards <7, 5 different cards >6, and 5 different attractions, all available for purchase at all times.
Machi Koro is one of my favorites, but eventually you just see the same few strategies over and over.
Machi Koro 2 (as if we need an excuse to buy more games) randomizes the buildings that are available at any time, so it creates more balance and variety in gameplay.
We only play 2 anymore
Oooooooooh YEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHH!
Looking at YOU, Gearbox!
