I cross many lines people consider ethical out of my hatred for them. There is no good and evil naturally, just what we create, and I have an admittedly unhealthy bottomless wellspring of hatred for the billionaire class. There’s no “enough”, not by any means, to satisfy the totality of the ill intent I wish upon them.
Fear mechanisms sure are effective. It took a real long time to get to where people don’t put all their trust into the imaginary extradimensional space wizard. The comfort is that we’re mortal, and those fuckheads WILL DIE eventually.
I think that was understood, and I’m also of the opinion that Facebook is full of shit.

This right here. Apple did a very artful job of making everything available way back when on a unified storefront with “everything”. Netflix did much the same, and for a time it was “everything enough” until each studio decided it was a good idea to make their own storefront. The mistake is that they inadvertently rekindled piracy not so much because of the pricing, but due to the convenience factor. Now the piracy is most convenient because it has it all in one spot. People will pay for content, that’s not the issue. It’s the same old adage as going to the same grocery store that just has all the shit you need so you don’t have to drive all over town.
Hopefully Boebert goes to see it.
As I see it, he won the nomination. More people voted for him, and the super delegates fucked it all up. The party even admitted this back in 1982 that their intention is to prevent “outlier candidates” from securing a nomination. The Democratic Party is very undemocratic until we can toss superdelegates altogether. I say that, but it doesn’t appear to have worked for the Republican Party either, they just shrug and toss out all the votes regardless of who won in their caucuses. Look at Ron Paul in Iowa 2008, obviously won by a large enough percentage to eliminate the margin for error…but fuck it. Iowa’s Republican chair handed it over anyway and when the news was published he just “resigned” and the damage was already done.
That sentiment that it scares them though, has happened before to BOTH parties. 1890 had both parties on the run as we were embroiled in shooting battles against law enforcement due to working conditions and pay.
