If we are talking in the magical sense, absolutely not, especially if it was proportional to crimes committed. Putin, Trump, XI, and Kim never would have made it to power, not to mention quite a few others.

I don’t really like it, but sometimes those types of cases are the only good ones with radiator clearance in a relatively small footprint.
I still miss this one, it was all metal and very close to an Apple G5 case, minus the compatibility issues.
Unfortunately, this case also couldn’t support radiators in any meaningful capacity, so I had to sell it. Currently using a Lian li case that I dislike, but it has damn good radiator support, and my PC is now completely silent.
My buddy started balding at 16. He held on for a number of years, but eventually we helped him rip the bandaid off and he shaved himself bald. Instantly looked younger again just because he didn’t have a ring of hair at 27 anymore. Honestly, it can look really cool if you shave it.
Universities are like little cities. I love all the different styles they have :)
It also shows the strength and resilience of an area. Places like that have weathered many booms and busts. It’s particularly interesting when one building has many styles, having been continuously occupied for hundreds of years. Or in some cases, even longer.
I want a conversation pit!
Transit (Bike/Bus/Rail) and Waze, sometimes Google maps just for more…global maps. (Eg, stuff like finding a campground on a map, or a certain bakery)
This is a really good comparison :)
We have some here! Unfortunately, it’s the Soviet style, “cold” brutalist architecture that feels quite hostile. I like the “warm” aesthetic like the DC Metro with the light playing across the waffle ceiling, and the warm, brown hexagonal tile underfoot. This picture appears to be artificially brightened:
I might have to check it out, thanks!
I do love the happy vibes of that, and googie! Both are cheerful aesthetics :)
You can’t go wrong with brick!
Ah, thank you!
Ah, that’s exactly what mine does sometimes.
Since 2020, we started dating two years later. We’re married now :)
I thought Scratch’s owner died before act 1? Does he have more of a story than that?
Out of curiosity, what is the difference between older S3 sleep and modern sleep?
Modern construction on a budget. It uses little more than reinforced cardboard and a moisture barrier. Sometimes the cardboard isn’t even glued or nailed in. So it can literally get unfolded by the wind, and suddenly the only thing preventing your house from getting water damage is a .3mm piece of plastic wrap that you HOPE the contractors didn’t damage or install improperly.
Here’s one such house. I don’t know if it would even last a decade without significant repairs. They voided the warranty on the roof already too, so you could be out tens of thousands of dollars before you even move in.
Are there better alternatives? I was planning on using tailscale until now. :P
For vocals, probably Constellations (Unplugged) by Dabu. This song can be found on less compressed platforms too, which I recommend
