With keycloak you can have a single local password to all your selfhosted apps: you sign in to keycloak, then you sso into everything else from there. I’m building that out on my homelab right now, and it’s working fine.
I’ve been using NewsBlur since I read Cory Doctorow’s piece about RSS readers: https://pluralistic.net/2024/10/16/keep-it-really-simple-stupid/
It works fine, and I’m just on the free tier.

Another satisfied Framework user here, wondering what kind of struggles you’ve been facing; I haven’t had any problems at all.

When you say “public transit”, does that include bus lines, or only rail?

My guess is that’s the point. D&D Beyond, for example, seems to make it purposely confusing. My guess is that this is an attempt to make playing with the 2014 rules that much harder, so that people spend more money.

Refreshingly, that includes multinational firms: https://www.cnn.com/2024/02/04/asia/deepfake-cfo-scam-hong-kong-intl-hnk/index.html

Going to the Labor board, at least here in Oregon, is pretty painless and may be doable while still working there. My only experience with them was after an employer just locked us all out of the building and closed one day, so continuing to work wasn’t an option for me. They treated me well and got me money quickly, then took the guy to court to get it back themselves.
Also, I don’t “keep talking” about much here; the comment you replied to was the first one I made :).

If you get fired for that, you should take them to your state’s Labor board and/or to court.
It seems to me that Syncthing is the exact right thing to use here; what is “overkill” about it that makes you think you should use something else?

I mean, I use Discord pretty much every day, and that’s what I assumed.

Puerto Rico is lovely

FYI “mouth breather” predates the setting of Stranger Things by decades. It’s also not about manipulatively forcing them to deny it: https://english.stackexchange.com/questions/508300/mouth-breathing-as-slang-for-stupidity

You’d probably want height in there as well

I understand where you’re coming from, but I disagree completely. They are written in a different style than we’re used to today, but they’re masterfully done. To me, the movies are largely good adaptations, but the books are far superior.
But that’s the nice thing about taste: everyone’s entitled to their own.

That is relevant to my interests. I’ll have to pay a visit to Baltimore.

Oh man, that reminds me of a place near me that does palak paneer fries. It’s like Indian poutine. Amazing.

I bet they’ve got websites with RSS feeds. Pick up an RSS reader and subscribe to their news & announcements page.
