I had an external hard drive enclosure that I stored my Plex content on before I built a nas, and the enclosure would go to sleep after 15 minutes and take the drives offline. So i had a cron script write a 1 kb file to each drive every 14 minutes. Worked well enough

This just happened to me too! The only thing I did recently is sign into my Lemmy account in a web browser and then set my default theme there to darkly, not sure if that is related. Like maybe it synced my settings weirdly from the web version?

They’re $2.50 per wash cycle and $2.25 per dryer cycle, but if you do a big load it won’t get fully dried so you might need an extra cycle. Totally. The OG Xbox one was released November 2013, so this is only 11 years later. While 11 years may seem like a long time, of course we can still play games on pretty much any console that came before it so long as they are still in working order. Especially annoying considering an Xbox is very similar to a PC.
