If the power lines are good, you can fairly easily extend your network with ethernet over powerline adapters:

You plug one unit into an outlet close to your router and connect it to your router with an ethernet cable. You plug the other unit in in any other room in your house and connect it with ethernet to a computer, a second router, or any other device that has an ethernet port.
Other than for use with your apple watch, I don’t understand why you would want twa carry around an iPhone in addition to an Android phone. Why do you prefer to use the iPhone for texting, streaming, news or CarPlay (instead of Android auto)?

Keepass has been around for ages. It has 2FA via for example using an external file as the certificate in addition to a password. The database can be stored in Dropbox, google drive, or self hosted. I use synching for example.

If you use emacs, you can set up gnupg integration for easy encryption and decryption of files.
I would also read up on expiration of keys, and how you can export (backup) and import a key. The latter can also be useful if you want to use the same key on multiple devices.
