It’s a form of protest. And like with all protests, some are right, some are wrong. It’s not always bad actors.

Yeah, might be like an inside joke or rivalry or something
2 articles with opposite opinions on the same site, posted at the same time. Ok, interesting
Yes. Altho they’re the sort of game I never finish. I play 10-20-30 hrs then I get bored and uninstall. But those first few hours are cool.
raises hand haven’t bought either and I’m not gonna. Will play skyblivion, tho.
I was gonna disagree, then I realized that the server is en/fr Canadian. So it’s perfectly appropriate. So… yeah, my bad. Maybe people just disagree with the opinion or something. The game is quite well reviewed and popular, afaik
Wrong community, I guess. Most people here don’t speak french
GTA/RDR? Shooter where you’re not pressured to do much, explore at your own pace, shooting but without the “stress” of doom or something similar. And no need for quick aiming or whatever. Pretty chill game to learn controls in, imo.

Awesome game, but I’d feel bad stopping so soon. I’d forget half the stuff by the time I got back to it, I feel
Most if not all the content in that game is created by the players. Which they can then sell. And the company profits from it. And a big part of the playerbase is underage. 50% or so of players are sub13, afaik.
Just… please, stop hating on stuff that doesn’t concern you and focus on spreading positivity, man. That’s what’s gonna make the world a better place. Not hoping that stuff you don’t like and understand will fail. You’re just bringing yourself down.
The only one crying here is you, dude. Try to find joy in something less negative, maybe? Forgive whoever hurt you and move on, this is just sad.
How pathetic does one need to be to only have surface experience of something before they decide to judge it and insult people over enjoying aspects of it… You’re literally wasting your time on the internet belittling someone else’s life… how is that not pathetic?
Well, yes… there’s a lot of brainrot and useless content there, but also a lot of fond memories for people. Not all streamers are made equal. You’re also forcing all the GDQs, esport tournaments and all the individual moments from over the years to find a new hosting source…most likely youtube… whose monopoly we’re also trying to get away from. (at least I hope they can download and upload somewhere else, because if not…)
Would you share some of these unknown/underrated games? I’d be curious to see what you mean, because I personally agree with the article and I feel that the games that aren’t more popular are generally there for a reason (not that they’re bad games, just you know… some lack of polish, an unpopular genre, too competitive of a genre, etc)
I can’t remember the last time I played a game and I was like “how have I not heard of this game before?!”
I mean, if you haven’t enjoyed Kotor 2, nwn2, New Vegas, stick of truth or pillars of eternity, yeah, there’s no point to avowed. If you enjoyed at least one of those games then you might enjoy this one too. That’s the point of games, see? They’re not for everyone.
Bought NFS heat for 6€ on steam. Was expecting disappointment, but so far it’s been quite fun. I don’t play a lot of driving games, but I’ve done a bit of sliding and drifting using the wheel and the throttle ad you’ve said. It’s not easy, but well… i figured it’s a skill I have to learn as any other.
The original comment was the guy saying he needs a publisher or someone to give him deadlines in order to get the game out in a timely fashion. That doesn’t sound like “I don’t give a shit about the game” to me. Even if it was just an observation, if the comment was intended to allude to his mental issues, it’s still not a publisher that he needs.
We used to have 1-2 “wow killers” every year. The last one that tried was new world in 2021, afaik. So I’m pretty sure they were referring to MMORPGs, not MMOs in general. Altho even those are fewer nowadays than before, I feel.
