I’m sure I have. But you went through my comment history looking for a blugeon to cheapen my argument and you failed. I call out bullshit when I see it but also when I have time. The only reason I said something here is because I thought someone was calling womensstuff wholesome, which it is not. Feel free to be offended at me calling out sexism. It really shows your priorities are backwards.

Edit: After a bit of reading on your comment history (to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time) I find you are earnest.

Boys clubs are sexist instututions. Womensstuff is a sexist space for the same reasons.

I mostly just cringe at the mod interaction but I take offense at grouping people arbitrarily and squashing dissenting opinion. It makes people wary to comment for fear of being purity tested. That’s not a safe space.

    Edit: apparently Wholesome and Lemmywholesome

Womensstuff? Strangest echo chamber I have ever seen since they accept AFAB Transmen and AMAB Transwomen but specifically exclude AMAB men. I get it, it’s called women’s stuff, but it’s just as unwholesome as any “boy’s club”. I cringe every time I see the passive aggressive, warning/power trip when some supportive cisman comments. Just read her comment history for examples. Genderfluid peeps out there ducking the banhammer every other day.

Getting a lot of righteous indignation in my inbox. Femcel energy.

  • They should take a loss because they sold a product and it’s availability shouldn’t be a lever they use to drive traffic to their new game. Is this where I say you are implying that corporate profits are more important than honesty?

Are you implying that they didn’t insinuate that this game would be supported longer when they had an actual expiration date on the product code, 2099? If the Crew 3 has been in development for 10 years and they spend a billion dollars developing it would it be ok to sunset the Crew 2 after a couple weeks to “motivate” buyers to buy the new version? Who decides what is the “appropriate” amount of time a product should be available.

If they don’t allow private or third party hosting for the Crew then anyone should be able to refund it since they bought a product that has been rugpulled.

You can feel free to ignore all of that because there isn’t a good reason to support Ubisoft here and this model unless you like the taste of shoe polish.
