AI is not going away. That is not an option. That’s like hoping the Internet “fad” goes away. Either prepare for it, or not and suffer for it, that’s the choice everybody is facing right now. Good writers (good anythings, really) focus on honing their craft and tackling new challenges, not trying to figure out how to use a specific technology to do things they already know how to do, for the sole purpose of using that technology.
