800 hectares is 1976 acres. That’s a huge property. What sort of maintenance would you be doing? Farming? That’s almost 5 times the size of an average farm in the US. You’re talking about a large commercial farming operation, not an “off-grid lifestyle” property.
Only if it has running water, a water heater, indoor plumbing, electricity, and high-speed internet.
