This is why I play rule light, I can’t remember my player’s name, so a complicated rule heavy game like D&D? Nope

I had a college professor that teaching was his fourth career, he was in his 90s. He started the first class of each term with “I’m not going to remember any of your names. I’m old. My brain can only hold so much. If I put your names in my brain, something else will fall out. It might be my wife’s birthday, it might be that I need to take about a hundred pills a day. Either of those, and I’m dead by next week.”

Granted. You can now remember Jason’s name as long as you are awake, but forget it as soon as you sleep.

Should have asked for disk instead of RAM :)

You have succinctly described my memory in an amusing fashion. I look forward to forgetting this joke tomorrow.

      PHB p144, under Armour Proficiency:

If you wear armor that you lack proficiency with, you have disadvantage on any ability check, saving throw, or attack roll that involves Strength or Dexterity, and you can’t cast spells.

Just armor and also can’t cast spells. And they changed it to “Armor Training” now, but still proficiency for weapons? And the Martial Weapon Training feat gives you Martial Weapon proficiency? Gah
